Parmigiano Reggiano(1/2 cup): You won’t need a lot of it if you get the decent quality. It’s umami-cheesy to the max.

Toasted Cashews(2 tbsp): If you happen to have the time, toast your own cashews; they taste amazing, even when you toast cashews that have already been roasted.

Caesar Salad: Caesar salad is known for its special dressing. It’s garlicky, thick, and quite delicious, with a lot of salty, umami-forward components. Kewpie mayo, my secret ingredient, gives it a deeper, tastier flavor.
