  • 1 16oz Can Lump Crab Meat

  • 4 Extra Large Eggs

  • 2 Egg Yolks

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 Lemons

  • 10 Sprigs of Chives

  • 2 English Muffins, Toasted

  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar

  • Tabasco to Taste

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
